Privacy Policy

Here is how Northgate Tree Service handles the details you send us about tree service in Augusta-Richmond County, GA. The arrangement is simple, so this policy is short.

What we collect

When you submit a request, we collect what you enter, typically your name, phone number, ZIP code, and a short description of what you need.

When you call the number on this site, the call may be recorded in full (audio, not just a note that a call came in) for quality and training purposes, and may be transcribed, you'll hear a notice on the line when that's the case. Recordings are kept for roughly 90 days and are shared with the provider handling your request.

How your information is used

There is a single purpose here: connecting you with a local provider who can help. So we share the details you submit with that provider, and they contact you about your request. Reaching out through this site means asking for exactly that.

Texts about your request

If you give us a phone number, we and/or the provider we connect you with may text you about your request (for example, confirming we got a missed call, or that someone will follow up). Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We don't share your number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

Limits we keep

• Your information is never sold to data brokers or unrelated third parties.
• This site never asks for financial information: no Social Security numbers, bank details or card numbers.
• You won't get unrelated marketing from us on behalf of other companies.

Visitor counts

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. This is aggregate traffic information, not a profile of you.

Questions or removal

If you'd like to see, correct or remove the information we hold about you, or have a question about how it's used, reach us through our contact page and we'll take care of it.
